I understand the Commission reserves the right to unilaterally change or modify wages and terms and conditions of employment at any time without previous notice, provided such are not subject to collective bargaining. If I receive a conditional offer of employment, I consent to any and all pre-employment drug tests as applicable to my position and medical examinations required by the Commission, and I understand that employment is dependent upon negative drug test results as applicable to my position and successful completion of pre-employment physical examination. If employed, I consent to such drug/alcohol testing as may be applicable to my position, on a random basis or otherwise as determined by the Commission, and I understand that continuance of my employment is contingent upon my full cooperation with any applicable drug/alcohol testing and negative results on such tests.
