How can I start online replenishment of my NEXUS/Toll account?
If you have an existing NEXUS/Toll account, click here to start online replenishment

If you don’t have an existing active NEXUS/toll account, please enroll your current card with a minimum of $5.00 at the NEXUS kiosk at the Whirlpool Bridge, and save your receipt. When your account gets low, you can replenish online by visiting this website or visit our Administration office located at 5365 Military Road, Lewiston New York, Monday – Friday 8 AM to 4 PM to have your card enrolled.

How can I get my existing account balance transferred to my new card when I get a new NEXUS card?
When you get a new NEXUS card the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission will transfer your account balance from your old card to your new card. The process may take up to 2 weeks due to information transfers between NEXUS and the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission. Therefore if you are a frequent crosser please don’t destroy your old card until you have had a successful trip with your new card or you can put $5.00 on your new card and when the transfer takes place your old balance will be transferred to your new card.
