COVID UPDATE

As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve we are monitoring the situation daily and as we do with any unusual event we will continue to monitor guidance from all relevant public health and government agencies and adjust business operations and polices as needed.  We take the health and safety of our employees seriously and have taken a number of preventive measures to maintain a healthy environment for both our employees and those working very hard to protect our shared border.

CANADA BOUND:

August 9th Border Changes American citizens and permanent residents of the United States, who currently reside in the U.S. and who qualify as fully vaccinated travellers, will be able to enter Canada for discretionary travel starting .

Unless eligible, other foreign nationals can’t enter Canada at this time.

  • To be eligible to enter Canada for discretionary travel on the basis of vaccination status, travellers must use the ArriveCAN app or web portal. Travellers must ensure that mandatory requirements are met prior to departing for Canada. 
  • In addition to receiving a full series of a vaccine authorized by the Government of Canada, fully vaccinated travellers must also: 
    • provide COVID-19-related information electronically through ArriveCAN (app or web portal) including proof of vaccination prior to arrival in Canada;
    • meet the pre-entry testing requirements;
    • be asymptomatic upon arrival;
    • Quarantine plan in case you don’t get the exemption;
    • and have a paper or digital copy of their vaccination documentation in English or French (or certified translation) ready to show a government official on request as evidence.
